Heart break

Every day I think of days without you

My mind goes blank my dreams are untrue

I just can't believe your gone

and you said goodbye 

and it was only yesterday

I feel sad and blue over losing you

My heart was set on a life for two

But now it's all but gone

you turned your head the other way

I wish you had more to say today

and not just walking away from our love affair

With our love going going gone

and you don't care

Shame on you my love

we had a lot to share

From this I will have growing pains

Some say I will never be the same

I will always have a place in my heart for you

But you said I'm not the only fish in the sea

you wanted to explore the deep bluest sea

I say watch out for the sharks

They bite and it smarts

I know this from my own heart

I been shark bitten by you

and I'm feeling blue

I can only say I hope no one 

breaks your heart this way

It was in a mean spirit of all times

Some would say what you have done was a crime

Some day I hope sooner than later

my heart will heal

and I can feel the love I felt before

But for now I am a broken man

Bleeding from the heart vessels

and  the blood running quick

I'm feeling very sick

Makes me quiver to think 

I could be in love with another

For now I'm hurting I'm Blue

All over the love of you.

I feel that your poem skims the surface without diving really deep. I would love to see you dive into these emotions and pull us beneath the surface with you so that we feel what you are feeling. Heartbreak is devastation. Immerse us in the tears.
