And God Sent Me

I was not chosen but God sent me anyway

I liked the thrill of the challenge

and how God set his people free

When it came time for me to spread the word

and set the captive free for they would become free indeed

because the word would set them free from sin and death

as the word has set me free also I carry the word in my mind

I use it all the time to reach the unreachable in the crowd 

Like Jesus did to reach me when I was lonely and unknown to him

The last thing on my mind was spreading the word to the world

and setting others who are captive free from sin and death

Like Jesus did for me I must now do for others so I can call them brother's and Sister's
