Thunder in the Rain

Thunder in the Rain

A little Woman on the evil side of a rain storm

Thunder in the Rain
By Jim Smith

All this time the sun did shine
But I knew some how there
Was thunder in the rain
Gray clouds over head sky so gloomy
Like were in the Grave yard tomb

A chill in the air I felt naked everywhere
Such a thunder in the rain
Have I lost my Brains
She had dumped me
once and I took her back

and now she has done it again
Dumped me twice I am a fool
She plays nasty games with dirty tools
I'm on the run
I find this Gal no fun

She's Like thunder in the Rain
Shocking to explore any further
I can't take any more
Looking for her thunder bolt
To Knock me to the floor

Of these games she like to play
I got to get away
I got to get away free
She is nothing but
Thunder in the rain too me

Song Love a rainy night

Well I do detect a
bit of a rhyme in this piece.

And I think you meant
And these games she likes to play.
If I'm correct. 😇

I do apologize for not looking
at your work thank you
for your kind reviews.

My back has been hurt
so I'm healing
and I have a birthday
coming up this Easter Sunday.

I'll be 37.

But I enjoyed this read.

I've written a bunch
of new Christian poems
I may post them some time.

God bless Benita.
