She had angels wings

Now we are departed.

At first I dreamed about her every night

I have my hopes and dreams set on us

To live life in full flight

WHere passions ignite 

I needed the blessing from heaven above

To deliver this love to me

She's the Girl I was after

all the live long days

Days and nights we would stroll

Across the beaches of the northern shores

Wanting love and life to last

All summer long into the fall

Where we shared it all

A love so rear and true

I set my eyes on you

I gift of my heart was yours

And you explored it well

You gave it a life's chance that's swell

Our love grown from a pebble of sand

To many footprints in the sands

I remember those early days

When the sun was hot

and we lay on the beach

We did nothing but talk of a future that included us

a family and a love trust

a bond that would not break

Two Hearts that let love in

Never to give it away again

Two hearts meant to be

Sharing a love so unselfishly

Could only lead to lifelong love for two

That was shared by me and you

She had angels wings

That made her fly

Up high onto the sky

If I was ever to see her again

I must seek the Lord and receive the gift of the spirit.
