No one could complete with Kathy

She's the one that looked so sassy

She lifted up her eyes my way

and everything changed that day

My heart skipped a beat

Wishing somehow we could meet

But on this cold and lonely night

By chance she as at the local bar

I took her hand and ask her to dance

As we danced we chatted for a while

It had started a new romance for me

You see Kathy had her eyes on me

From the start when she was youthful

About sixteen going to be eighteen

My life was changing for the good

We held hands as if we should

I seen a sparkle in her eyes

I never seen in other girls eyes before

The kind that made me realize 

we were meant to be together

Heart melted as one

This love has a just begun

We talked of love and romance

We chatted about our future

Family children a home

A place to call our own

So we would never be alone

In this place we called our home

We talked and chatted all night long

I sang to her my sweet songs

We learned that we could get along

We both know where we belong

In a house that would be our home

With family and children of our own

Till the end of our days

We shall never be alone

In our house that is now our home
