The Lips That Told Me Goodbye

The Lips That Told Me Goodbye

A Poem by SmittyJas
"

A sad poem about separation and loss

"
She wore the lips
That told me goodbye
Sadness sorrow
hard to swallow

It's about these Lips
That told me good bye
for these lips tell no lies
I loved her lips that I will miss

She is my fairy tale baby doll
The one I can't resist
Poor sorrow poor Miss
She wants to hold me so close

We couldn't miss
If I tell her I love her
She will listen
to every word

and she will hear them
In the spirit of love
To me she is my white Dove
She's my spirit of love
