Lighting and Thunder struck the earth

shook the foundations the roof off the house

God must be mad too much hate too much blood

Don't quit know the reason this time but the news

 

Seems to get worst and worst each and every night

But with my deep faith I still know God is in control

Of every living soul God will sit in judgement on that day

Make them pay for the wrong that they have done

All the pain in the world that they have caused

Teens you are our future can you find a better way too

Change the world for peace and prosperity of life on earth

I had my chance it passed me by I did not know how to reply

Lighting and Thunder struck the earth never to be the same

And the youth is not to blame The world every day is changing

It seems no way out of the loveless hate in the world today

Bloodshed brings on more bloodshed and the earth evolves

 

Spins out of control no guidance from the God of love

man only springing hate and murder is his weapon his ways

To distory Mankind and the ways of love Hope and Peace

In a world so crazy its all slipping away

 

Peacemakers have nothing to say

The future looks dismal I'm in dismay 

I have no good words to say

Power and the powerless they fight the never ending battles

I pray and hope for peace for the rest of society 

May peacemakers find there way to the tables of the war lords

Faith Hope Love for tomorrow is possible 

if you believe

 

Life must carry on 

Love your neighbor as yourself

Bless every man woman and child 

With peace hope and love eternal
