A Romantic Getaway

It's a weekend review for two

That only includes me and you

Weil be celebrating our love

In the Allegheny Mountains

At the Allegheny River SIde Inn

Where we found a comfortable king size bed

For our weary bodies to rest after a long journey

Driving form Western Pa to the Eastern Mountain ranges

We are middle aged and have our fun from time to time

And were on a small vacation of sorts 

A getaway weekend for two

We left no phone number on our answering machines

This was going to be quiet for two yes Me and you

We would get lost in the mountains no one would know

Would they know where to look know one knows

No number left on the answering machine of where to reach us you know

We were gone camping in natures wilderness for two a lover's Paradise

We did not worry We had GPS and would work our way back home

From the unknown the place called peace in the woods

Or so it was said hope the big Cougar or Black Bear did not pass by our camp site

We had OurTennis shoes on we could run all the night

The adventure came to an abrupt end

When Our tent was blown over by a rain storm

In the middle of the night we took to the car for shelter

 

It poured and struck lighting

All throughout the night 

Bringing this vacation to an abrupt haul 

We gathered our gear

In the morning what was left or what we could find 

and pack up like everything was FINE!!!!!
