My Cinderella nightsA Poem by SmittyJasLoving Miss CinderellaShe is my Cinderella Gal The one that showed up at the ball So unexpectedly In a ball gown glass slippers and a diamond hair piece But she left abruptly at 12 midnight without warning she was gone not a trace in this place She left like in a race The only thing she left was a glass slipper in her space It must of been a perfect fit to have slip off so quick I must find this lady this Miss That left this little glass slipper for me to Peek and seek and find the mystery to whom this slipper belonged too She has filled my heart with joy I must not rest till this mystery is solved But where do I start to find Cinderella She is now a peasant gal Living out of a castles attic Singing her dream like songs Of how things used to be When her mother was alive And her father was a very happy man No talk of step sisters and a brutal step mother Just a loving father watching Cinderella grow What the story this sweet Cinderella For the love of a prince was near Then Cinderella will be put where she belongs Safe in the arms of Love
