Stormy Weather

It all started with stormy Weather

Black clouds thunder storms

Caught you heart in a twister

Winds blowing us around

Not knowing where we are going

Young heart need guidance 

in stormy weather

the roads ahead it's full of turns and curves

unexpected twists and turns

Young lovers are bound to bounce off the curbs

Drive their cars to fast

get traffic tickets with points

Tell the Judge it was all a misunderstanding

I couldn't of been going so fast

Cut me a break this is my first offense

I promise You won't see me again in your court

I'll obey the signs and don't go through stop signs

Life has so many lessons for young couples you see

I have two young Daughter's with heavy foots you know

I don't have the connections some people do

to fix tickets and fines like you do

Thunder clouds overlook our love

Many days I can't forget

of days I wanted to stay in like a day on the beach

never ending sunshine and our love divine

For you and I, I'm not complaining

I love the last few lines of the poem, it brought everything together so beautifully.
There are ups and downs in romance, but in the end as you have written:
