A shot made a bird fly
2 nite heavens cry
For 20 kids die
Just 4 Chasing dreams high
I can't figure why
D worlds' so blind
N fail to ask why
Humanity's so wild

Sandy hook!
Dnt stand and look
While d heirs of tomorrow
Are pierced with an arrow
Blood is flowing
D graves r growing
There's no tomorrow
If u kill 2 day
Ma hearts in sorrow
Ma heads in pain
Ma eyes r weeping
Ma knees r weak

I speak for d dead
I mourn with d afflicted
I pray 4 resolution
I support a revolution
I request a proposition
For i detest d opposition
For ur love of steel
Has lost my appeal
History affirms
U live by d sword
And shall die by d sword
