What is art?

Lift a picture
Paint your mind
Just a piece of art.
Take out the pencils
Draw a line -
Up, down, left or right
It doesn’t have to be straight.
Paints have dried,
Red Yellow Blue and White,
Shades dark and light,
Your actions lied.
Rulers snapped
Rubbers erased
All you wanted to become.
It is not done!
Pick up that brush

Make up a theme

Bring out what is your dream.

Add splash of water
For a clearer layer.
Cover the canvas
Create a shadow

Be it wide or be it narrow
Patterns of pastels
Strength of oils
Variety of composition
An image for expression
Every stroke will release emotion

Grasp of attention
In a search for definition
Compose a design
Do not resign
Decorate your soul
Evaporate the spirit
Bring out feelings
Explain meaning
Re-create, again again.
An image
Happiness, tears
Anger or fears
Pleasure and pain
A colourful game.
