...When someone touches your life...

LIFE IS WHAT IT IS

 

Life is what it is. To be here it is.
One lives life as they please.
One does as they choose.
One speaks as they desire.

One dies dead as they deal.
Life is what it is. To be here it is.

 

Life is what it is. People will cease.

One arrives while another departs.

One resides while another forsakes.

One learns while another forgets.

One waits while another disappears.

Life is what it is.  People will cease.

 

Life is what it is. Beginning is an ease.

One lives on land but will turn to sand.

One watches the clock but it will stop.

One feeds the family but will be lonely.

One earns a living but will soon be dying.

Life is what it is. The end will be an ease.

 

Life is what it is. People must live.  

How one spends in this world and

How strongly one sticks to a word.

How one bonds to another and

How intimately emotions gather.

Life is what it is. People play a quiz.

 

Life is what it is. People are His.

What of one’s personality and character.

What of their mindful power and candour.

What of one’s beliefs and values sincere.

What of their attitudes and behaviour.

Life is what it is. People are deeds.

 

Life is what it is. Etch in to really see.
Who will one love and return, then

Who will one hate and turn to burn.

Who will one admire and touch, then

Who will one insult and use as a clutch.

Life is what it is. Engraving is the key.

 

Life is what it is. Life is what it is.
Define your life. What is it and what it is.

Make it last, It’ll be going by ferociously fast.

Leave your mark, Sprinkle a spark.

Life is what it is. Select who you are.
How will you leave this life, as it is…

Life is what it is. Indeed, life is what it is.
