Writers' Block

A Poem by Andromeda
"

experimental

"

Paper in the chilliest form,

In its shrillest form:

Providing for a fabricated pill,

Throwing thoughts

                And words

                                And prior

           Preconceptions

Aside to the mercy of the will,

When all

Where all

                Will be

                                And all will see

That which was once you/

That which was once me

                Hanging

                (Drying Laundry)

                From the window sill

And sacrificing all              all to kill

That chain

Those cuffs

                Which strangle

                Those thoughts that wrangle

                In the writers’ common tongue,

Prying the bullet from the gun

In the eye of FluorescentTransparent Sun.
