Drowned in a Sigh

Drowned in a Sigh

A Poem by Andromeda
"

.....self-explanatory; fiddling w/ rhyme.

"

Bone-dry

Were the whispers that asked why

White-lie

Was the sun bright in the sky

Cry

Came the voice that drowned in a sigh;

Hidden all beneath the shadow nigh,

All in the hope that was shy,

Watching the future roll by,

Surrendering to the half-cast die,

When it could have all been solved in try,

By the million voices silent beneath the sky.

Author's Note

Andromeda
does the fact that all the lines rhyme aat the end come across as annoying?
