Ice Crack

Ice Crack

A Poem by Andromeda
"

ehhhh?

"

He always wondered

What would make him

Crack

As he stood

In the

Dust-shrowded

Room

In the back

He always wondered

What would make him

Crack

As he stood

Shrowded in black,

Just listening to

The ice

Crack

He pushed his mind

As far as

It could go

And farther

As he wondered

What would make him

Crack

He buried himself in nightmare,

Pretended he was the only one breathing—

The only one there

Put his whole soul

Into the sound

Of a falling tack

As he stood

Self-isolated

Shrowded in black

Just listening to

The ice

Crack

In the room in the

Back,

Pushing himself past the limit and

Wondering

What would

Finally

Make him

Crack

Until one day

He opened the door

And the blinding sun

Hit him

With a

Smack.

I like the end and the rhyme. This is quite interesting.
