Watch as it Fades

Watch as it Fades

A Poem by Andromeda
"

...

"

Teardrops start to come

In a gentle, graceful slide—

And watch

As it all bleeds

It all fades into the

Music  of a

                Twilight Afternoon—

And Of Course it is The End,

But as the seconds ticked

                As the Seconds Waved Goodbye,

It all was

It all seemed

A Backwards Lie,

Not a

                Twilight Afternoon.

Clench hands and

Whisper ears—

Shoulders for umbrellas

Cannot willnot

Stop the tears

As it all fades into

As it all bleeds

Rain on the window

                Into the

                Music of a

                Twilight Afternoon

As two cars drive off

Their

Sep        ar            ate Directions—

One to see the sun,

The other to dance the moon

Sorrow laughs the music of

Twilight Afternoon.

I love the capitalized words and the way you separated "separation". Lovely.
