Tombstone

Tombstone

A Poem by Andromeda
"

another story poem

"

Merchant

Says the stone

Which holds her all alone.

Push

Aside the brush

Which has swollen with time.

Merchant

Says the stone

Merchant and all alone.

Push

Aside the brush

And see a century in the stone—

A Merchant

Of the century,

With nothing left to own.
