We're Born, We Lie and die

We're Born, We Lie and die

A Poem by Andreea_is_real

As we cross paths through flimsy roads,
We touch the souls and sink the boats.
Our glare is rare, but still distinct,
There'd be no sound we'd not inflict
Into the bubble keeping us in hover
While the rest may still yet wonder.

How among them all we'd only fall.

Hence only then might you lean
Your perplexed concern upon my skin.
For I was cut before in two
And only then did I learn to
Tell a joke about the pain
As there ain't it all in vain.
You may suffer, I would care,
Since one's profound to stare.
Let 'em look and talk and mock
For we might later also f**k.
The response we'd gain one day
Only stays until we pray;
Me to color you to race,
Don't I have a divine face?
Even though I am only loaded
With the truth that you've unfolded.

From what we sung and drank and danced,
No surprise we'd need no rest.

You surrender to the way I act,
I must assure there is no fact
Behind the curtains of my heart.

The special beauty of it all is:
We're born, we lie and die.

I agree dear Andreea.
"The special beauty of it all is:
We're born, we lie and die. "
A poem for you.
"Andreea, we had gin, sin and skin.
We wanted to feel more and more,
till we could not feel no-more.
We went deeper and deeper,
till we forget who we were.
The sin, the gin and the skin.
We became."
Thank you for sharing the outstanding poetry.
