Ghoul Yard

Ghoul Yard

A Poem by CeeCee

Ghoul Yard

Twisted ankles
Bent bleeding this
Last Sunday
Spent feeding
Them demons
Lingering behind
Dirty doors

I'd rather them be
Kept locked

Thank you
You can keep
Those closets
Closed

They kept rattling the bars
On my windows
And they held
Me down
Until I hit the town
Until I split, crossed these eyes
Knocked those thighs

Sorry

Just because you say it, don't mean you meant
Anything
To me, or those summer's I spent
Cleaning weeping
Wounds
Until you were no longer
Dirty.

Staying clean means having never been dirty.

I took this from one of my other writing accounts, thus why the font is all weird and highlighted. I wasn't sure how to change it, so try to ignore it
