To that girl who smiles the brightest 

To that girl who's always the kindest 

To that girl who lights up my day 

To that girl who never kept me astray 

To that girl who trusted me 

To that girl who liked me 

To that girl who kept me company 

To that girl who stayed for me 

To that girl who laughed the most 

To that girl who cried the most 

To the point that all these feelings are true

I never knew, I would fall for you

I've made mistakes that caused you to break 

To that girl who I fell for, I want to ask you this

" I love you, will you stay? " 

Cause I prayed to be yours, forever and always

This is really cute. It does have that slight questioning moment of what did this person do that made them break but it still comes back to show that they really care for them. It's a really nice poem.
