Over The Edge.

Over The Edge.

A Poem by SlimBizkit

On the cliff we stand.
Closer and closer do I come to the edge.

But it's not of my intentions.
You keep pushing me.

You corner me,
more and more.

My feet begin to slip.
Pebbles begin to fall a thousand feet,
clashing to the ground below.
My heart pounds in worry...
...in agony.

And you don't care.
You just push me.
Further and further.
My limit has been reached.

I fall over.

Hands digging in the dirt.
Arms flailing like a primate.
Legs trying to kick free.
My eyes swelling with tears.

But your invisible arm of hate grabs me by the ankle,
gives my body a tug,
and before you know it...
...I'm over the edge.
