A Poem by SleeplessVolcano

You've become
the deleted scenes
on my dusty yellow brick road
Oh I wish
for that fork in the road
to have been a blessing
and not a curse
Next time
My feet venture
on these cobbled streets
I resolve
to not be swayed so easily
by sweet smiles
and spell-bound words.

Reminds me of the poem 'A Road Not Taken' by Robert Frost, although this one seems more melancholic.
A great read
