Here is my blank page, darling

let it become

a thoroughfare

for your words

They can be sharp or blunt

straight or curved

colored or gray ~

it does not matter

As long as they rest

long enough for me to take a peek

I'd be the happiest poet

this side of 

Oxford Street.
