You've got cheese on your lips, darling

You've got cheese on your lips, darling

A Poem by SleeplessVolcano

I had a dream

I made you

Macaroni  and cheese

I remember my dream director

Pausing the scene, saying,

“Really?  You’re going to impress her with that?”

I was about to Google

For a decent three course meal

When you brought a spoonful

Of stringy cheese and pasta

To your hungry lips

Your eyes echoed your sultry voice,

“Honey, I’d eat bread with butter,

If only I can have you, with it”.

And that’s when we had

Our first cheddermelt

Kiss.

A "cheddar melt kiss"...what could possibly be better than cheese, unless its MORE cheese! I just love poetry with a splash of culinary mixed in!
