oh man! what a fantastic poem to receive any time, let alone on ones B-day ... you must have great respect for you boss... a rare thing if i may say so myself ...and yeah! very cool to share poetry at work ... who can take the time for such things ... or find a souls simpatico :) the person you describe is someone i would love to be ;} but hey...we are all in the "works" right?! great stuff Sleepless! give the birthday boss a hearty cheer from me ;)

lol....the stereotypical image of someone seeing their boss and asking for a raise does not quite happen in the education industry (well, maybe tertiary) but surely not secondary or primary school.....
