Boat of dreams

Boat of dreams

A Poem by SleeplessVolcano

The morning sun is calling us -

I packed a coffee flask.

Bring some of those lemon zest muffins

We’ll row out before the waves start to chat

Bring your mountain-top scarf -

The wind likes to tickle your neck,

Just like I do.

Can you see those dark clouds?
The sun is chasing their gloom away

And soon they’d also be smiling -

As you would

When you throw down your anchor

In my boat of dreams.

The boat may sink it looks like :P
you need to build a strong one... leak proof... hope you and your loved one reaches the sea shore safely at least you have coffee, you will survive.. even in middle of the sea... don't kill the lady tickling her...

Thank you for your kind review. I actually prefer a simple old boat above anything fancy. Less is .. read more
