I'm a moonchild, so I've been waiting for these two back-to-back blue moons (Jan & March) for months! I love lunar phenomena. What an appropriately magical three lines - persuasive, alluring. And, of course, the picture is perfect. Tis as if if moon-love is coming into view, blushing excited at the peak of its ardour! .

Was beautiful here in UK.. hardly a streetlight where i live.. the moon was greeny-red then red-ish green .. absolutely beautiful. Now you need set fire to your three lines and watch currents of air swift them up space.. a love letter by proxy!

Thank you for your lovely review :) My Wikipedia addiction taught me this week the scientific reason why the moon turns red/orange/yellow (I’m NOT a scientist lol) On the horizon, there is a lot more atmosphere moonlight has to travel through, so by the time that light reaches our eyes, air particles has removed blue, green and purple, leaving us with only red, orange and yellow left to see :). I had too much pollution to have a decent view but I Googled
a few stunning ones :)

As long as you wanted to see, tried to see, certainly explored the whys and what have yous.. you more than likely know a great deal more than most.. and certainly love the reality of what is there should be seen if possible. Rainbows are my thing, have been since i was a littlie, never understood why i couldnt find that wee manny with a purse of gold!! Still looking.. :)

This one I'd call a senryu. Despite the fact that it has the same syllable count as a haiku, the latter tends to be about nature, whereas senryus deal with human emotions. Now, not that I want to be technical, but a hybrid is therefore also possible, i.e. a poem which contains both nature and emotions.....just ignore my ramblings....I nitpick for a living...;P

No. I very much appreciate that..I did know this but as it has been years since I have visited this art I seem to have gotten sloppy in this art as free flow tends to be my mark. I am truly grateful for both the "nit" and the "pick". Didn't know it was a sustainable living hahahaha. Mostly, relearning or learning something before the sun rises is what we love and live for so Thank you!
