Reality bites

Reality bites

A Poem by SleeplessVolcano

Her soft words
Used to wake me up each morning
At lunch she'd written me a poem
To ease my heavy heart
It filled my soul with dizzying helium
And my words soared into hers
After dinner she fell silent
I caught up with her in dreamland
Where we happily imagined
Those cobbled-stone walks in Tuscany -
Hand in hand, smile in smile,
Wishing, hoping, grabbing, dreaming
For a love stolen from us by
Reality.

B
I love that movie
and i love the poem
yes reality sucks thats why one is ought to simply find a person who can dream just as much and as hard
with no fears
