Unholy grailA Poem by SleeplessVolcanoPaiting, "The Kiss" by Pablo PicassoThe unholy grail
Into her aching arms his
body burned, Her fire-charming moves
ignited wants - his faithful wisdom in a
flash unlearned. Lust echoed slowly in
poetic chants.
Explosive words ran out
his thirsty lips And kidnapped smiles she
secretly withheld. Strong hands took hold of
those gyrating hips, Delighting in the cards
Cupid had dealt.
The taste of love ignites
a wanting fuse - A burning light expressed
on flesh revealed. Her aching depths become
his joyous muse, And into happy
nothingness they yield.
Spent now, their wanton ecstasy makes way For rancid regrets in
their minds to stay. © 2016 SleeplessVolcanoAuthor's Note
