If only

If only

A Poem by SleeplessVolcano

She's like the wind
Rehashed breezes
Of wannabes gales
Tempting listless clouds
Beckoning pending storms again
He hoists the spinnaker
And waits
Her gentle tickles on the water morphs
And baby waves start to frolic
Nearly there
The angry ocean starts to shout
Big timpani bangs announce happy thunders
His sails lift and kisses her with glee -

And then he wakes up
It was that dream again.

What a nice dreamy story in poetic ways. I always like your word use, reads uniquely and is effective. Your first line reminds me of an old song. Lovely poem.
