Why do I become confronted with writings like this, beautifully painful and somehow relatable to me in a way, so often lately? Maybe I subconsciously choose to read them. A short but expressive piece of poetry. I especially like the last line, "lovely, hot mess" sounds so good to me.

Thank for your kind words. I also hinted a bit at the dilemma ladies have when they cry while wearing make-up.....not that it happened to me at work that much, maybe once or twice in a lifetime, but I can quickly go to the loo and splash some water on my face, but ladies have to go through so much more to look presentable again......:)
