Alone with my thoughts

"its all in the mind"

No more BBC news
No more Voice of America
No more motivational speakers
Or optimistic preachers
Just the noisy humming of early morning traffic
An apt soundtrack to the pinball machine of my mind
Trying to hit jackpot with the current tough thought
And I wonder......
If I can find peace in this anxious moment
Then maybe
Just maybe
Tomorrow's game may be better than today.
