We love those who do not love us.

We seek others, when they do not seek for us.

We cry for those who do not cry for us.

But, why do we continue loving those who tend to hurt us the most?

Why? Oh my child, because life has a funny way of teasing our beating hearts.

We love those who do not love us, so one day we will be loved.

We seek others, when they do not seek for us, so one day we will be sought after.

And we cry for those who do not cry for us, so one day those tears will be for us.
