Pen and Paper

Pen and Paper

A Poem by SleepiePenguin

Strip me of my pen and paper,
For it is not what makes up my words.

Say your harsh thoughts into my face,
But know they will be molded into anew.

Slap my heart with an angry fist,
As long as you know of the pain you place.

Strip me of all of my material items,
Say your thoughts of hatred,
And slap my heart with your anger--

As long as you know that you will never take away my words that create themselves in my mind,
And use my tounge to speak of them whether it is paper or an ear.
