I fell in love with a fragile fairy

I fell in love with a fragile fairy

A Poem by Skylah Ginette

I fell in love

With amber eyes.

I was lost

In autumn locks.

Sun streams through

Citrine leaves.

She picks winter roses

In the cold.

“He loves me,

He loves me not.”

Her insecurities lie,

Like petals on the floor.
