When times are tough

Just hold on,

When you’re struggling

Just have faith

God will look after you.

 

You must learn from those struggles

From those tough times

When you learn, you’ll grow

You’ll become stronger

You’ll become smarter.

I am an atheist, so this poem was hard for me to emotionally relate to, but that's a personal thing. I like your repitition of words, to drive the message home. But I feel maybe the poem would have more depth if you added in a line that questioned the absolute power of faith, and then resolved that questioning towards the end, to present the problem, and have it solved by your belief, in order to bring out more dimensions to the poem.
