Blessed

A friend I need,

A friend who understands what I say.

Even when I say it wrong or in a different way.

Somebody to trust,

Somebody who doesn’t let you down.

That one friend who turns your frown upside down!

A friend who wishes blessings on me,

Throughout my day,

Wherever I may be.

This person is special and I’ve always known,

That whilst I know her I’ll never really be alone.
