We're all a little pessimistic

  A horrible person.

    I would completely disagree,
    If not for the fact,
    That every human being,
    Without fail,
    Is a horrible person.

    • She is a lovely person.
      We love her.
      Care for her
      And she does for us...
      
      
      Are we all a little pessimistic?
      
      
      Or is it just me in this harsh, cruel world?

      Do I have a problem?
      Is there such a problem?
      Other than being a pessimistic
      Depressant...
      
      
      Is pessimism a type of disease?
      Because if it is
      I think I have it.
      
      
      It's an illness
      In need of a cure.
      
      
      I wish someone would come and save me.
      
      
      To be saved from my horrible,
      hateful need,
      for everything
      to be... 'depressing'?
      
      
      We all have our
      "Quirks".
      Mine just seems to be different
      
      
      Oh to be just like the
      rest of you...
      Optimistic,
      happy
      and "friendly"
      
      
      One day...
      
      
      But I doubt it...

I love seeing how you must've been thinking about this, just watching the thoughts and feelings roll around. It's one of those poems that gets you thinking, if not feeling, which all poetry should result in. 90/100 because you have the potential for a lot more.
