adult children (number 1)

adult children (number 1)

A Poem by SkinlessFrank

my

adult children

have become cuddly now

they plop themselves

down

on the couch

next to me

wedged in tight

and heavy

against

my side

I like to think of my dad being cuddly, and me being the cuddler.

Sweet little poem about one of the nicer things in life.

Beccy.

Says a lot to be older and not push. Shows that true love was taught to them. In 11 lines, you bring in what true love from a child is. Short and to the point, no puns intended, this is a great piece.
