The Rain

One of my finest creations.Really....I liked it.It's rare that I like my work...lolz...Plz rate and comment

 

 

It's raining right now

Everything's damp

I take my usual corner and listen

Listen intently to the voice

Which is trying in vain to tell me something

As it falls down the slope

As it hits the window pane

As it gushes down the crack

As it flows through the pipe

The continuous plops of the droplets

Fills the room

And I'm no more alone

Rather I'm at peace

The simple nature of things

Is what I now easily see

The thunder no more frightens me

Rather it makes me laugh

It feels good that someone

Is present up, above us all

I savor my lonliness

I close my eyes

And once again, fall into a trance

Created by the rain

AH! It feels good...

AH! It feels great...

OOOOOOooooooooo.......... RAIN is amazing!!! i love it!!! i think it's the best thing ever!!! I like the feeling of the transe in this poem... Rain deffinatly does that to me too... lol... Great job!
