Our Christmas in Province

Our Christmas in Province

A Poem by Alexiss Respeto

We got no snow
but we got so much to show
laughter filled the air
and the Christmas lights in the stair
Twinkling lights in the road
bright smiles that can never be sold
Happiness all over the town
No one is allowed to frown
The sound of Christmas music
You can hear it all over the week
children with their joyful carols
warm the heart of every people
The church is a wonderland
where people gathers in hand
a simple celebration for the King
while the Angels in the sky sing
