Ever thought about what you may find,

Hidden in the corners of your mind?

Ever thought why you no longer hope?

Our minds do indeed take a toll down the slope.

But what you must know

And what you must see,

You must truly find

What your destiny must be.

Old days are gone?

Why, do not worry.

All you must do is dream a new story

And while you're at it, do make an inquiry.

Over these few days what have you lost?

Are you even aware that your loss is for real?

Take a deep breath and think of life's beauty,

Now I ask you, what do you feel?

What you feel is your heart singing

For all you know, you might just be dreaming.

Live your life and know what it means,

And strive for a world, the world of dreams.

There is still hope,

You must have faith.

You must not care,

For haters will hate.

Open the door to your soul and your heart,

Let the wind and nature give you a start.

Enjoy the peace that this life has to offer

Trust me, you will no longer suffer.

Give this life a chance, my friend

Enjoy its trance and peaceful blend.

Just trust your heart and let it lead

Hopefully you and me, we soon shall meet.

If not here, somewhere else it seems

But do visit your memories, in the world of dreams.

Today, it seems we still are alive

So let us stand together, and together we shall strive.

Good rythm, it makes it easy to follow. I like the taunting tone in the beginning, its not mean but more encouraging. Nice poem, keep up the good work :)
