Weighed down.

Weighed down.

A Poem by Sir Psychosis
"

A poem about how it feels to live with Mental health Problems and Learning difficulties of constantly explaining oneself.

"
I feel in my mind,
Weights constricting, tightening
Emotions unruly
Thoughts like lightning.

My mind is a hurricane,
To fast to grasp,
Like a ship in a whirlpool,
With me tied to the Mast.

My brain unrelenting,
With thoughts in the wrong directions,
Jumbling, tumbling, bumbling,
Into many cascading Interjections.

A crown of vines,
With it's thorns piercing grey matter,
Pulling away my sanity,
Am I not the mad hatter?

My life seems on fast forward..
No brakes or gears or stearing,
A passenger in my own vessel,
On a path fast, carrearing.

I feel on my mind,
Thoughts constricting..
My mind unruly,
The world Restricting...
