"My thoughts Only go so Far"

The days fade in and out

I inhale to exhale out

take two steps ahead

trying to find the reasons for these thoughts

these feelings seem so real

but how fake they truelly are to me

just another body that lays there

i feel the gentle touch

but do i really feel that touch?

my thoughts can't fix anything now

they only go so far

but still who do i need to tell my thoughts to

i could keep them within

lock them deep inside

hide them so no-one will see the pain

so they may never know all the empty days I've had

i pray for no-one to go through all the regret over years and days

just to find out that your thoughts can only go so far

their just words written down to see

just written for some reason that is not yet known by the writer

but yet i continue to write in hope that someone

someone out there might read and see

And then finally my thoughts will go far

to help the restless feel at ease

and let us all live in peace
