So Long Ago

So Long Ago

A Poem by Marek Ren

You keep following down-
You keep following down this path.
I'm afraid I can't follow-
I'm afraid I can't follow you.
You are to blame,
You are at fault,
It didn't have to be this way but you're in too deep.
To find the traitor all along was beside me-
You'll never see the damage you've done to me.
You had a choice and you chose the path!
I can't make it over 'cause you're the gap!
Dear I only asked-
Make me whole again.
Don't let go,
Hold tight 'cause we're on a road.
I'm holding tight-
When I have to let go..
Do you not recall
The memories we made so long ago?!
