I'll Forever miss You ...

I'll Forever miss You ...

A Poem by Orange Juice
"

I think its okay to be a little personal sometimes... I mean as writers or potential writers tapping to our emotions should be key!

"
How do I even start, how do I write this. letter ?
It'll take more than me looking up and you looking down to tell you we're doing better.

If money could fill this whole, I'd ditch school and start collecting pennies.
I smile less lately, but I smile nevertheless, to hide that I miss my. granny.

Sometimes I blame God; Honestly I'll never stop thinking that you left us too early.
I swear I wish I could take mothers pain, this weight is weighing heavy,

But telling her it'll be okay will be like hoping a kiss would heal an open wound
Some nights I look to the moon, and wish for something... Anything that could happen so I'd see you soon

But that would hurt mother again
It pains me to have to let you go but, R.I.P Beauty Grace Sishuba... Amen.

A beautiful and loving tribute to an obviously wonderful woman. It isn't just the pain of mourning we feel, but the pain of those closest to us too. It's never fair or makes sense. Remembering the good times and who they were to you is important. Great write. Thank you for sharing.
