A Catharsis of Grief

A Catharsis of Grief

Away from love I will hide

Now until the end of time:

In earth's love will I never find

All the things I should desire

I saw crimsoned life beside his eyes

Away I walked so in peace we die

For eras I moaned;

For eternity I slowed.

For our love was in a word: no.

Sing to me once more.

Sail your ship to me, ashore.

Come, come to me, for I am too forlorn.

A silent storm teems about my being

Amidst the mist upon my soul, the

Overflow of tears perpetually fall

One by one, their juxtaposition battles

my ambition.

I feel but nothing,

My heart left to pale in this vivacious world.
