Nothing's Wrong

Nothing's Wrong

A Poem by Hope

Each night as she lays upon her bed, the demons of the night come upon her.

When she is sound asleep, dreaming about her hopes, they come and wake her up

Panting, sweating a cold sweat, blood seeping through her pours.

Silent screams  escape her lips, lifeless struggles keep her alive

They leave her in depression, in pain, in fear.

She's woken up by the pain in her side

Sitting up on her bed, her head still reeling from the horrible night mare, or was it real?

Relaxed, now laying on her bed in the morning light, her thoughts run virtually silent:  just breathe

As she inhales, she feels as though the demons are back
