Living the LieA Poem by SinnerInspiredEnjoy!
The human eyes are deceived by what people look from the outsideBut if we look in their hearts we'd be surprised at what we find
A man who never wears the same clothes twice Takes a break on Saturday night& wastes all his money on rolling the dice His wife has cancer, her hair is falling out Her husband will leave her, she knows this without a doubt But the wife will never know what it will be about While as her son is filled with worry He is in love but people say it is wrong If his father and mother find out they would be blinded with fury It is better to just go along (Lies) The older& only son hides his true identity for he must carry on the family name If only they knew that his heart is for men& not for woman, he knew his father will tell him he is a disgrace, a shame As he silently cries& conceals himself in the closet His sister on the other hand is on a special diet Shes lost an amazing amount of weight Shes been putting her finger in her throat, just to get a date The only love shes ever known, is that of hate Watch as this dysfunctional family crumbles down their fate © 2011 SinnerInspired |
